Vince and Felicia Martin started Project Martin in 2022 just months before the birth of their first child. After spending many years managing various logistics companies, Vince realized that not only would he prefer to operate on the other side of the desk, but that he would excel at it. Meanwhile, Felicia had spent the last 8 years of her life teaching in low income schools. With their combined knowledge of the industry and passion for community improvement and involvement, they decided to focus their efforts on creating a company that provides an opportunity to join a passionate and hard-working team. We provide hands on training and high expectations, so that every truck runs at the highest caliber of professionalism. With this company we hope to create a legacy for our family and our community.
